79-item parent-report instrument that assesses PTSD diagnostic
criteria and symptom severity in children. It includes a space to
describe the stressful event(s), 50 items assessing PTSD symptoms,
and 29 items assessing associated symptoms. Items are rated in
reference to the child’s reactions to the stressful event(s)
